Makes 4-6 servings
Organic Jasmine Rice, Organic Red Lentils, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Organic Coriander, Organic Oregano, Organic Thyme
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, ghee, or olive oil in a large pot.
Add contents of package and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in diced veggies if desired.
Pour in 3 cups of broth or water. Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat, and simmer for 18 minutes.
Turn off heat and let steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Turn on sauté mode and melt 3 tablespoons of butter, ghee, or olive oil.
Add package contents and sauté for 2–3 minutes, stirring. Add diced veggies if desired.
Stir in 3 cups of broth or water. Secure lid, set valve to sealing, and cook on Manual/Pressure Cook (high) for 3 minutes.
Quick release any remaining pressure and carefully open the lid. Fluff with a fork before serving.
