Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, subject to availability.

Shipping Methods

We ship via standard carriers (such as USPS or UPS). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Local Delivery & Pickup

• Free local delivery is available within Kalamazoo, MI on select days

• Local delivery outside of Kalamazoo, MI may be available in select areas for a nominal delivery fee

• Farmers market pickup may be available on select days and with prior notice

• Pickup from our commercial kitchen may be available on select days and with prior notice

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, Auntie B’s Pantry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
