Each recipe is specially created for Auntie B's Pantry One-Pot Meals, with easy step-by-step instructions that help you get a wholesome meal on the table in less time.
Minestrone & Friendship Soup
what you’ll need:
1 package Auntie B's Pantry Minestrone Soup Mix or Friendship Soup Mix
6 cups vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped zucchini, carrots, celery, spinach, green beans, or your favorite seasonal vegetables
Protein: 1 pound cooked Italian sausage or your favorite plant-based sausage alternative
Instructions:
Separate the pasta. Gently pinch the bag just below the pasta layer and pour the pasta into a small bowl. Set aside.
Add the soup base. Pour the remaining package contents into the Instant Pot. Add the required broth or water and diced tomatoes according to your package directions. If desired, stir in any optional vegetables.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes. When the cooking cycle is complete, carefully perform a Quick Release.
Finish the soup. Stir in the reserved pasta. If using, add cooked Italian sausage. Secure the lid again and cook on High Pressure for 3 minutes, then carefully Quick Release the remaining pressure.
Serve. Stir well, taste, and adjust seasoning if desired. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
Chipotle & White bean Chili
what you’ll need:
1 package Auntie B's Pantry Chipotle Chili Mix or White Bean Chili Mix
4 cups vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped bell peppers, corn, zucchini, carrots, or other favorite vegetables
Protein: 1 pound cooked ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken, or your favorite plant-based protein
Instructions:
Add the ingredients. Pour the package contents into the Instant Pot. Add the broth or water and diced tomatoes according to your package directions. If desired, stir in any optional vegetables and cooked protein.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 40 minutes (or 60 minutes if the beans were not pre-soaked).
Natural release. Allow the pressure to Natural Release completely before carefully opening the lid.
Adjust the consistency (optional). For a thicker chili, select the Sauté function and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired, then serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Split Pea Soup
what you’ll need:
11 package Auntie B's Pantry Split Pea Soup Mix
4 cups vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped carrots, celery, onions, or other favorite soup vegetables
Flavor Boost: 1 smoked ham bone or ham hock
Protein: 1–2 cups diced cooked ham
Instructions:
Add the ingredients. Pour the package contents into the Instant Pot. Add the broth or water according to your package directions. If desired, add the optional vegetables and ham bone or ham hock.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release. Carefully perform a Quick Release, then remove the lid.
Finish the soup. If using, remove the ham bone or ham hock. Stir in the diced cooked ham and select the Sauté function. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Serve. Stir well, taste, and adjust seasoning if desired before serving.
Taco Lentil Skillet
what you’ll need:
1 package Auntie B's Pantry Taco Lentil Skillet Mix
3 cups vegetable broth or water
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped bell peppers, onions, corn, zucchini, or other favorite vegetables
Protein: 1 pound cooked ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken, or your favorite plant-based protein
Toppings: Shredded cheese, avocado, fresh cilantro, green onions, sour cream, salsa, or tortilla chips
Instructions:
Add the ingredients. Pour the package contents into the Instant Pot. Add the broth or water according to your package directions. If desired, stir in any optional vegetables.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
Natural release. Allow the pressure to Natural Release completely before carefully opening the lid.
Finish the skillet. If using, stir in the cooked protein. If the mixture is thinner than desired, select the Sauté function and simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Serve. Spoon into bowls or serve over rice, with tortillas, or as a filling for tacos or burritos. Top with your favorite garnishes and enjoy!
Mediterranean & Golden Pilaf
what you’ll need:
1 package Auntie B's Pantry Mediterranean Pilaf Mix or Golden Pilaf Mix
3 cups vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
1 tablespoon butter, ghee, or olive oil
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, peas, or other favorite vegetables
Protein: 1 pound cooked chicken, shrimp, chickpeas, tofu, or your favorite protein
Garnishes: Fresh parsley, lemon wedges, toasted nuts or seeds, crumbled feta (Mediterranean Pilaf), or fresh herbs
Instructions:
Sauté the pilaf. Select the Sauté function and melt the butter, ghee, or olive oil. Add the package contents and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, stir in any optional vegetables.
Add the liquid. Pour in the broth or water and stir to combine.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 3 minutes.
Quick release. Carefully perform a Quick Release, then remove the lid. Fluff the pilaf gently with a fork. If using, stir in the cooked protein.
Serve. Garnish as desired and enjoy as a hearty side dish or a complete meal.
Lentil Curry
what you’ll need:
1 package Auntie B's Pantry Lentil Curry Mix
3 cups vegetable broth, chicken broth, or water
1 (13.5-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
Optional Add-Ins —
Vegetables: 1–2 cups chopped spinach, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, peas, or carrots
Protein: 1 pound cooked shredded chicken, chickpeas, tofu, or your favorite protein
Garnishes: Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, sliced green onions, or toasted cashews
Instructions:
Add the ingredients. Pour the package contents into the Instant Pot. Add the broth or water according to your package directions.
Pressure cook. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
Natural release. Allow the pressure to Natural Release completely before carefully opening the lid.
Finish the curry. Select the Sauté function and stir in the coconut milk. If using, add the cooked shredded chicken or your preferred protein and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve. Spoon over cooked rice or enjoy on its own. Garnish as desired and serve warm.
