Friendship Soup Mix

Made with beans, lentils, gluten-free pasta, herbs—and a whole lot of love. This hearty, protein-packed soup is as nourishing as it is comforting. Perfect for cozy nights in or sharing with the people you care about most.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan as packaged.

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients

Organic Brown Rice, Organic Quinoa, Organic Amaranth, Organic Pinto Beans, Organic Red Beans, Organic Split peas, Organic Onion, Organic Parsley, Organic Garlic, Organic Thyme, Organic Basil, Sea Salt, Organic Black Pepper

Stovetop Instructions

  1. Pinch the bag just below the pasta and pour noodles into a small bowl to add later.

  2. Add remaining package contents, 4 cups broth, and 28 ounces diced tomatoes to a large soup pot. Optional: add additional diced fresh vegetables if desired.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    In the last 15 minutes, add pasta and cook until al dente.

  4. Soup is ready when lentils, beans are tender and pasta is cooked through. Optional: garnish with chopped basil and freshly grated parmesan.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Instant Pot Instructions

  1. Pinch the bag just below the pasta and pour noodles into a small bowl to add later.

  2. To the Instant Pot, add the remaining package contents, 4 cups broth, and one 28 oz can of diced tomatoes. Optional: Add diced fresh veggies like carrots, potatoes, or peppers.

  3. Close the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and cook on Manual (High Pressure) for 15 minutes. Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.

  4. Add reserved pasta, stir, and set to Sauté mode. Cook for 5–8 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Soup is ready when lentils, beans are tender and pasta is cooked through. Optional: Garnish with chopped basil and freshly grated parmesan before serving.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Instructions
