Split Pea Soup Mix

A timeless classic, just like grandma used to make. This simple and comforting soup carries a gentle, familiar flavor that feels like a warm hug. Easy to customize with your favorite veggies or meat, it’s the perfect recipe to make your own family memories.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan as packaged.

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients

Organic Split Green Peas, Organic Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Bay Leaf, Sea Salt

Stovetop Instructions

  1. Add package contents and 6 cups broth or water to a large pot. Optional: add additional diced fresh vegetables if desired.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soup is ready when lentils are tender and soup is thick. Add more broth if a thinner consistency is desired. 

  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Instant Pot Instructions

  1. Add package contents and 4 cups broth or water to the Instant Pot. Optional: add additional diced fresh vegetables if desired. Stir to combine.

  2. Lock lid and close vent. Pressure cook on Manual for 10 minutes.

  3. Let pressure release naturally (about 20 minutes), then carefully remove lid.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Instructions

  1. Add package contents and 4 cups broth or water to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until lentils are tender and soup is thick. Add more broth if a thinner consistency is desired. 

  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
