Stovetop Instructions
Add package contents and 6 cups broth or water to a large pot. Optional: add additional diced fresh vegetables if desired.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soup is ready when lentils are tender and soup is thick. Add more broth if a thinner consistency is desired.
